At ZIA Silver Store, we value customer satisfaction and product quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on all products, subject to the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact

• Any sign of wear, damage, or tampering will make the product ineligible for return

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or worn jewellery

• Products damaged due to customer handling

• Products without original packaging or tags

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

✅ Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card)

• Eligible for refund to the original payment method

• Or replacement, as preferred by the customer

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Refunds are NOT applicable for COD orders

• COD orders are eligible only for replacement, not refunds

4. COD Fee Policy (₹99)

• A COD handling fee of ₹99 is charged on all Cash on Delivery orders

• COD fee is non-refundable

Exception:

• COD fee will be refunded only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear unboxing photos/videos via WhatsApp or email

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund (including COD fee, if applicable)

6. Return Shipping Cost

• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

• In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be covered by ZIA Silver Store

7. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

8. International Orders

• Currently, we do not accept international orders

• This policy applies only to orders delivered within India

---
